Our products are handcrafted with care. Small variations in colour or finish are possible and make each product unique.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices are in euros and include VAT. Payment is made via the payment methods offered on the website.

5. Shipping

We ship orders within 1-3 business days unless otherwise stated. LILÓ Studio is not liable for delays by the delivery service.

6. Right of withdrawal & returns

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt. Please see our full returns policy .

7. Complaints

Do you have a complaint? Contact us by email within 7 days of receiving your order. We will always look for a suitable solution together.
